At Bella Notte Linens, we take pride in our handcrafted, small-batch luxury linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your heirloom-quality pieces. If your selection is not a perfect fit for your home, we accept returns of unwashed, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your linens and place them in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our studio, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
